so i have a movie that is let's say 2 hours long. itunes says it is 4 hours long, and in that extra 2 hours it loops the video, with no audio. how do i fix this? if i go into the actual folder root to the actual file, the info is correct. That also translates onto whatever ipod i put said movie onto. thanks for the help itunes version 10.5.3.3 on windows 7 btw

Most work much better than itunes, at least on windows. http://www.videolan.org/ ^ VLC player. A pretty decent one.
y r u using itunes 4 video ?
Why... But OP, If you insist on iTunes. Check for updates for the latest, If you have that and its still screwy. Try to reinstall it.
Well i store my videos in it to put on my ipod of course, and then it transfers them onto my ipod with the same issue.

You would probably need a program such as joboshare Iphone rip to transfer the videos. It works with itouches. but Idk what ipod you have so you may need something else.
If you right click on the video in iTunes, go on Get Info and then Options, is Stop Time set to anything odd?
