Does anyone know if Transcend Micro SD cards are trustworthy or whatever?
they're fine
Just don't buy any of the low-end Kingstons. If you do, don't come whining to me.
Just don't buy any of the low-end Kingstons. If you do, don't come whining to me.
I bought an 8GB Transcend Micro SDHC card.
O shit............. You know how you are meant to put between a pea and a grain of rice for thermal paste? I put the entire tube on ...
Roccat is trying to be like Razer and "save" PC gaming. http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/02/21/roccat-ask-whether-pc-gaming-is-dead/
Excuse me as I slam my head into my wall.
Posting from OSX installed in a VM, aww yeah. Hackintosh as soon as my 16GB flash drive comes :)
I'm taking an online "Intro to Computer Programming" class. This was today's assignment: Forever alone.
O shit............. You know how you are meant to put between a pea and a grain of rice for thermal paste? I put the entire tube on ...
Should I fix this...... Is it causing my heat to rise?
Should I fix this...... Is it causing my heat to rise?
Yes. Clean all the paste off and do it again.
I'm taking an online "Intro to Computer Programming" class. This was today's assignment: Forever alone.
I always hate that white border around those buttons. looks fugly, and makes me mad.
I think if I watercool, I'm going to end up doing something with this: He's done a 9x120mm rad before, or quad 180, but this one is bigger I think. I trust TTL for watercooling stuff and he loved it. So I may run a 360 in the top, then the quad 180 for my video cards I suppose, almost passively with super low RPM fans.
Are your fans really loud enough for watercooling to be worth it? [editline]21st February 2012[/editline] Assuming you're doing it for noise.
Put them outside here and you can get -1C CPU temps!
I live in florida. [editline]21st February 2012[/editline]
Are your fans really loud enough for watercooling to be worth it? [editline]21st February 2012[/editline] Assuming you're doing it for noise.
Temps, but mostly noise. I'd like to consolidate most of the heat into a single fan system. Hence a giant rad with like 600RPM fans.
Samsung's thingy just forced my computer to restart without even prompting me. NOT. FUCKING. COOL. [editline]21st February 2012[/editline] the only reason I'm bothering with the damn thing is my phone won't update OTA
I like what TTL is doing with his channel.
My computer turned itself on.
My computer turned itself on.
How?
How?
No idea. Came back from the shower and saw my PC booting up. How could I check what did it? Checked Task Scheduler and it said there were no tasks in the last hour. Whaat. Gonna check BIOS next. But I will do that tomorrow, it will only boot up at around 22.20. Today it was 22.17, it has done this a few days ago too and then it was at around 22.30 I guess.
How?

No idea. Came back from the shower and saw my PC booting up. How could I check what did it?
Open the action center and check if it auto updated windows. You might have left your PC on.
No idea. Came back from the shower and saw my PC booting up. How could I check what did it?
Did something fall on the keyboard? Your BIOS might be set to automatically turn on when that happens
Open the action center and check if it auto updated windows. You might have left your PC on.
I saw it booting up. It was at the screen of the Motherboards logo and stuff. I did not leave it on.
I'm taking an online "Intro to Computer Programming" class. This was today's assignment: Forever alone.
that's like 10 minutes of programming without any caffeine

damn, I was about to post that :/ also, fucking openSUSE linux! why won't you work the way I want you to?
Did something fall on the keyboard? Your BIOS might be set to automatically turn on when that happens
Nope, it was turned off the last time I checked.
That's quite odd.
Nope, it was turned off the last time I checked.
Check again. My BIOS once randomly decided to report a 3½ inch floppy drive even though I don't have one. Had to go in and turn that off.
