I thought Intel's HD graphics just allocated some of the system RAM for the onboard graphics.

He even said he hasn't tried any high-end games and is just over estimating the HD3000. [editline]29th April 2012[/editline]
Does the mac mini even have its own dedicated VRAM? Depending on the model it uses 288mb if it's the low-end model or 384mb if it's the server model. The high-end model uses a 6630 with 256mb of ram which I can't seem to find if it's dedicated or shared, I assume it's shared though.
I'm really surprised at the cost of Ivybridge over here in the UK. £250 for the 3770k isn't bad.
There's really no reason why it should be more expensive than the 2500K either. As Intel said, it's a tick, and the only thing that has substantially improved is the GPU.
7zip is amazing. Took my brothers old 160gb drive with about 95gb of stuff on it. Used 7zip to compress it to fucking 12gb to put it on my flashdrive.
I once zipped Crysis Warhead to less than 300MB using 7z I've been unable to replicate it though, i have no clue what settings i used :I
I'm tired of playing WoW on my current server, what's the server and faction the cipwttkt people were playing on?
I'm tired of playing WoW on my current server, what's the server and faction the cipwttkt people were playing on?
the server is Bladefist and we're Alliance.
The problem with those numbers is that it's only sound pressure at that particular distance, people need to use a different measurement that has the distance baked in.
I'm tired of playing WoW on my current server, what's the server and faction the cipwttkt people were playing on?
prepare to make the worst mistake of your wow experience
the server is Bladefist and we're Alliance.
I have both an Alliance and a Horde character on Bladefist, in case you have it in your mind that "ALLIANCE IS TERRIBAD WAHH" (which when it comes to public PvP is true but actually playing through quests and shit not so much) [editline]29th April 2012[/editline] I'm not even sure how I got 5 kills to 12 deaths, since we HAD NO HEALERS. I should have gotten zero. might have to make a priest just for PvP
Had 3 girls over, they drank all my coca-cola.

Jesus christ, I did beta testing for this company a while ago, basically they had this horrible horrible product and I told them it was horrible. They told me they will be sure to improve it and I got my 50 dollars jesus fuck, their site is shite too, I can't even tell if that's supposed to be an advert or a viral video.

Seriously though just looks like they've got armorgames, bbc iplayer, youtube and facebook prebookmarked.
Actually, I'm considering the GTX690 afterall. It's 200 less than I spent on my cards and probably 40-50% faster. Less ram, but HardOCP showed it has no effect even at triple 1080p. I think I'd like to have a single card, rather than dual cards. I don't think Nvidia is going to put two GTX685's on a board though.
Had 3 girls over, they drank all my coca-cola.
Well, next time you know where to place the valium.

I'm aware of that you probably have the money, but really, wait till the next generation. The cards you bought last year are still fucking great pieces of technology, and next year there'll be something that's much better anyway. There isn't even any benchmarks out, and they tend to lower the clock quite a bit.
It's not so much the performance increase, it's so I can watercool one card, dealing with 300watts versus about 550 for both my cards. But yes, I'm not saying I'm buying on on may 3rd, i won't consider anything until I can get someone to buy my cards. As far as performance, I do drop below 60 when recording in BF3 sometimes, so it's part of that. Also running games at 2560x1440 all maxed out is so pretty, my two 580's do ok, but figured I could boost it.

Also why does it seem like the source engine has no SLI scaling...
"How to video" [editline]29th April 2012[/editline] Anyone else getting serious SparkBrowser vibes from that video?
they spent like 250,000 dollars developing that piece of shit :v:
Also why does it seem like the source engine has no SLI scaling...
Because it is capped to 300 fps, which most modern cards can do before SLI anyway.
Because it is capped to 300 fps, which most modern cards can do before SLI anyway.
fps_max 0
Because it is capped to 300 fps, which most modern cards can do before SLI anyway.
But when I'm sitting around 90fps and one GPU is at 98% usage. I'm not an idiot, I wouldn't care about SLI scaling unless I needed it.
