If your motherboard doesn't support it, then I'm pretty sure you will have to upgrade. Why wouldn't you want us to tell you that if it's clearly the only answer?
Update BIOS?
Corsiar isn't shit, and NZXT sucks. [editline]12:48AM[/editline] Only way would be to upgrade or see if there is a BIOS update.
If your motherboard doesn't support it, then I'm pretty sure you will have to upgrade. It's just, RAM in the DDRII slot gets halved for some weird reason. I think it can be physically changed, like with breakers, but (sorry if this ends up sounding retarded, I'm not really into PC building) maybe updating drivers if they exist might work. I'm not sure if there are drivers for motherboards and I'll feel bad about asking this question later either way.
BIOS update.
Check through the page of BIOS updates. http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?detailid=552&DetailName=New&DetailDesc=&CategoryID=1&MenuID=6&LanID=9
