• How to force class limits in a TF2 map?

  • I've been wondering if it's possible to restrict certain classes in a TF2 map without the use of plugins or server mods, simply using entities in the map. Is it? I want to make a tiny Heavy-only CTF map :v:
  • Not possible, unless there's a fancy filter_ entity that I'm not aware of.
  • Server controlled. No way to do that unfortunately. Unless you do some really hacky stuff that I don't know how to do. Why do you need to control classes?

  • Set up a trigger somewhere where all of the players have to funnel through it (i.e. the spawn door) linked to a point_clientcommand that outputs "join_class heavyweapons"
