•
I always start with cleaning my desk every morning before I turn on my computer.
Seems like a good habit, that would also minimize the amount of mess on it during the day. At the moment I accumulate mess before I pull myself together to clean it. I should adopt your habit.

 •
But how many have you read and how many do you actually plan reading?
I read 6 1000-page ones already, most of the stuff is outdated, but when I have time I usually read a little Calculus. I like the Algorithms one though, it's amazing.
 •
This is my Uni halls room. There's now a 27inch monitor on that desk as well, and a sumo sac and small bookshelf in the bottom right where that box is. And this was my desk at home when I went back for Christmas. Everything is a mess, just dumped it on the desk so I could get to it easily when I moved back. That desk is huge, I miss it. It's also coated in whiteboard plastic <3 EDIT: Just found a newer one of Uni room Because I need all of that for Illustrator.
G11 is best keyboard.

 • Mechnical keyboards master race. Very soon I'll be getting a new keyboard with cherry MX blue switches... very excited for it :D
 • Where the magic happens The bulb in the desk lamp is fused out so that's why it's sorta dark on the left.

Very soon I'll be getting a new keyboard with cherry MX blue switches... very excited for it :D
I have a Filco tenkeyless w/ browns. My current laptop has the Apple-style 'flat keys'. I don't like them. They feel awkward to type on and play SC2 with. I had no problems with my old laptop keyboard (which had the traditional laptop scissor-switch with curved indentations on the top), even though the WASD keys were so worn that they'd pop off every 15 minutes or so.

 • Finally got around to taking some pictures of my room. Sorry about the quality, that's mostly due to a) my phone's camera and b) my very unsteady hand. My typically unmade bed and windowsill covered in bottles and other crap: [t]http://i.imgur.com/leH2P.jpg[/t] My bag, coats, hats, sink, wardrobe and electronics stuff: [t]http://i.imgur.com/1rx81.jpg[/t] My shelf which, like all shelves, must be covered in all the useless stuff that can't fit on my windowsill: [t]http://i.imgur.com/00ScA.jpg[/t] And finally, the bit that matters, the place where I spend about 99% of my time in my room: [t]http://i.imgur.com/5rs5s.jpg[/t] My current setup including a Saitek Eclipse II (soon to be upgraded to a mechanical keyboard of some description, a Logitech G500, LEGO, drink cans, tins of sweeties, Zippo lighter and fuel (I don't smoke, but Zippo lighters are awesome.) and pacman. •
Thanks! It's my living room. I have a one bedroom apartment. The desk is in my living room instead of my bedroom because of how frequently I have people over. We've been having "coding sessions" at my place every Thursday lately. My kitchen is full of nothing but pizza boxes. :v: [t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11093974/Junk/Photo%20Feb%2011%2C%204%2039%2013%20PM.jpg[/t]
That kinda scared me when I saw your pic. You have the EXACT same stove as me. I was like there's no way any one has the same oven / stove top as me. It's a F'ing 1970's heavy piece of clunk of a junk metal. It's funny how you can spend $750 a month for an apartment and get the most basic appliances. So I did a little quick research and you go to DeVry which is in Washington State which is not possible considering I go to school in florida edit: For some reason I thought you said DigiPen lol well in the case of DeVry I have no idea which one you go to...

What you see here is two computers, with a total of 12 CPU-cores. 6 screens, 9 speakers (including 2 sub-woofers), 1 slide-rule and 2 nerds. (Oh, and since Matte's room is so small, he had to climb out of the window to get this shot :v: )
