• Ok so i need to use a png file in my VC project, i know that if i place it in my debug folder and load the image "name.png" it loads fine, but what if i wanna load from a different source? How would i go about that?

 •
Specify what you mean by "different source".
well im trying to organize my project, and i wanna put all my textures in one folder that my project can just pull from, instead of putting all my png files in the debug folder

Or set a variable named [ourImageFolder] and use that to properly prepend the images. You should also make sure that your working directory is set up properly if you're debugging inside of visual studio.

The problem is that there aren't many VS2010 tutorials. What he asked was about ALL features in visual studio that is impossible to find if you do not know what you are looking for. Unless you have the ultimate tutorial?
