So even though the majority of minorities voted for the ban of gay marriage, did the ban get the full majority of votes? Or was it still opposed more than it was supported?

Apparently, it's too much to ask for people to be objective on this. Instead, I want to know if you people are also for incestuous and polygamous marriages.
You don't watch the news, do you? (The proposition was passed in November '08 by a majority of voters)
I'm not American, why would this news be broadcast over here?
Apparently, it's too much to ask for people to be objective on this. Please look at the ruling and see for yourself why the judge has decided that way. Also what does incest and polygamy have to do with homos? Aren't they more of an issue for Mormons and rednecks?
Apparently, it's too much to ask for people to be objective on this. Instead, I want to know if you people are also for incestuous and polygamous marriages.
What the hell does that have to do with this?
Apparently, it's too much to ask for people to be objective on this. Instead, I want to know if you people are also for incestuous and polygamous marriages.
Apparently this isn't going the way you planned it.
I'm not American, why would this news be broadcast over here?
Neither am I, but I can watch/read CNN, MSNBC and FOX online...
Apparently, it's too much to ask for people to be objective on this.
Neither am I, but I can watch/read CNN, MSNBC and FOX online...
But that's going out of my way to find something I'm not overtly looking for. You have also yet to answer what I asked which was a pretty simple question, instead you've braught it off on some strange tangent to discuss what is and isn't broadcast where we live.
Nope, just wondering if the people who are staunchly supportive of other people's rights to marriage will be equally supportive of the kinds of marriages that are repulsive to them, but are essentially the very thing they claim to support.
NEWS FLASH DARLING: Blacks and hispanics can like men too, by giving gays the right to marriage the judge isn't siding solely with white people
Nope, just wondering if the people who are staunchly supportive of other people's rights to marriage will be equally supportive of the kinds of marriages that are repulsive to them, but are essentially the very thing they claim to support.
Yes I wonder if fair people are unfair to the thing they're being fair at :frogsiren:
Nope, just wondering if the people who are staunchly supportive of other people's rights to marriage will be equally supportive of the kinds of marriages that are repulsive to them, but are essentially the very thing they claim to support.
No, you're trying to make us look like hypocrites while avoiding the original argument.
NEWS FLASH DARLING: Blacks and hispanics can like men too, by giving gays the right to marriage the judge isn't siding solely with white people
He wasn't racist in that regard, obviously. He wanted people to get gay-married. He just didn't want hispanics, blacks and asians lliving in California to have the ability to influence state law. So clearly, he thinks minorities are capable of getting gay-married, but just not smart enough to be trusted with anything else.

One minority at a time

Not as much as the blacks, hispanics and asians, moron.
Anyone for pizza? Goes down well with this kind of thread.
Not as much as the blacks, hispanics and asians, moron.
Actually more, you gigantic brain fart [editline]12:33PM[/editline]
Anyone for pizza? Goes down well with this kind of thread.
Goes out even better
Not as much as the blacks, hispanics and asians, moron.
It doesn't fucking matter. It was unconstitutional.
Are you seriously this daft? This is California we're talking about. Get the fuck out of here with that kind of lazy logic. [editline]12:35PM[/editline]
It doesn't fucking matter. It was unconstitutional.
Says one racist judge and a bunch of people who were outvoted!
Says one racist judge and a bunch of people who were outvoted!
Says the constitution :sissies:
Why the hell is it so horrible for 2 people that love each other to get married? Why do you care?
Says one racist judge and a bunch of people who were outvoted!
By your logic if a black person asks me for money and I refuse to give it to him I'm racist.
By your logic if a black person asks me for money and I refuse to give it to him I'm racist.
No by his logic you're wrong and shut up :v:
By your logic if a black person asks me for money and I refuse to give it to him I'm racist.
No its more like if thirteen people come up to you with the majority being minorities and say, give me your money, you say no but they say they outvoted you and take it away, then you take it to court and the Judge rules in your favor and they call the racism card on the judge. That's what its like.
