Stop ye whining, it's a good game.
No, it's not.
Stop ye whining, it's a good game.
The only good thing about it was the editor. That's it.
I want them to release Spore from E3, I know they still have it, or at least someone "some how" gets the files.
I don't understand why they didn't make a multiplayer Spore, they know everyone wants it and it would probably make them more money, so why not?
I don't understand why they spewed a stream of lie diarrhea in the years up to Spore's release
It wasn't lies that was the design. But then money.
I don't understand why they spewed a stream of lie diarrhea in the years up to Spore's release
I don't understand why people are still crying about how Spore ended up being targeted at a broader audience.
I don't understand why people are still crying about how Spore ended up being targeted at a broader audience.
Yes, 10 year old fucking children. I wanted a game, not something you give to a child to educate him on the basics of evolution.
I don't understand why people are still crying about how Spore ended up being targeted at a broader audience.
Because they had an excellent idea and they some how managed to fuck it up because they wanted to reach this "wider audience", otherwise known as seven year olds. It takes some kind of monumental blunder to screw up a concept as awesome as Spore. Anyway to get to your point, people are still complaining about it now because there is still a chance to rectify the problems people had with the original Spore, yet EA refuses to listen to what the people want.
Stop ye whining, it's a good game.
It could of been so much better.
Darkspore looks really... boring. It's got outdated graphics, generic gameplay, a shit name, and it rides off of the biggest IP disappointment this decade...
Perry is gay.
Procedural animation my fucking arse, when you added more than 4 legs it didn't "procedurally animate" it just made all the extra legs hang around while you walked with 4 of them.

If they'd kept it the same the only people who would have bought it were the people who'd followed it from start to finish, granted the changes they made were ineveitably going to frustrate people but they were in the name of marketing, I fail to see how that is so unreasonable.
all i ever see people complain about with spore is it being "cartoony" there are many legitimate complaints and this should not be your main one
