Fucking nerf guns are traumatizing. My Father was once shot by a nerf gun and he never recovered. We need laws regulating Nerf guns before someone gets hurt. God just think of what could have happened today. Foam balls and dead bodies scattered across the floor

Why do you flee from the police when they're arresting you for carrying a nerf gun?

The police were really doing the right thing, to be honest. One of the cardinal rules of HvZ (Humans vs. Zombies) is to never paint or mod your gun to look like the real thing, which I have a feeling this guy did. Some of those guns can get mighty realistic when altered, and if they don't have the distinct orange cap of a nerf gun they're really hard to distinguish as a mere toy. Also the guy hasn't been arrested. He was put into custody, but from the sound of the article they haven't charged him with anything (aka, arrested.) In other words, he'll probably be given a light slap on the wrist and released to go on his merry way.

I like both the Maverick and the Spectre, and I have high hopes for this one.
Why is it always an AK47?
We had a NERF gun war at work to celebrate the launch of Borderlands 2 and I got to use that one. Surprisingly good distance and accuracy to it.
You're lucky it didn't jam then.
Why is it always an AK47?
Because the AK-47 is an instantly recognizable assault rifle.
Why is it always an AK47?
don't blame call of duty
Because the AK-47 is an instantly recognizable assault rifle.
Apparently not if everyone mistakes everything for it
Apparently not if everyone mistakes everything for it
What is the average person going to say if you show them a picture of a Famas? Or a Galil? More then likely they'll just shrug their shoulders and go "a gun" or "a rifle." Point is, it's easier to say the gun was an "AK-47" instead of going into technicalities that'll more then likely confuse most people. When you say it's an AK-47, people will instantly recognize it as being an assault rifle, and that's the only information you need to convey.
Why is it always an AK47?
Because that's what the terrorists and commies use.
god it took this long
things were perfectly fine until that image came along
things were perfectly fine until that image came along
Things are still perfectly fine. The image is just overused.
bahahaha
i was arrested for shooting a kid with a bb gun 25 hours of community service... but so worth it
coolest kid in school
We had a NERF gun war at work to celebrate the launch of Borderlands 2 and I got to use that one. It still worked but you had to manually advance the cylinder each shot :v:
Wow, this is actually true. It is illegal to carry imitation guns(even if they have a red cap) without approval from the chief commissioner. http://www.police.vic.gov.au/content.asp?Document_ID=25574 Though if it looks nothing like a real gun, this is just fucking stupid.

If I was a journalist I'd just say it was a gun to avoid the horde of angry American teenagers who would besiege me with clever charts.
He better not get any charges, it barely fits any details on the US Code. Back in 8th grade years ago we brought in a bag of Nerf pistols in English class for some little mock play, then when we had spare time we shot them around the room, they're so stupidly obvious.
lol
And this is why whenever I need to take my nerf blasters somewhere, I carry them in a cricket bag.
And why do you need to take your nerf blaster anywhere?
Australia: Ban nerf cuz shoulder thing that goes up
This is stupid... And funny.
