An 83-year-old woman is suing Apple for $1 million after she walked into a glass wall at a Manhasset, New York Apple store and broke her nose, CBS New York reports. Evelyn Paswall says the company was negligent in failing to provide some sort of warning to alert guests about the see-through walls, according to the lawsuit obtained by ifoAppleStore.com. However, the Mac Observer reports the store does have small white stripes on the panels to alert customers to the presence of a wall. Paswall says her eyesight is still up to par, so whatever stripes Apple has on the panels aren't suitable: "I may be elderly, but I’m very active, and I’m still driving too," she told the New York Post. Apple has not yet responded to the lawsuit, the Mac Observer reports.
This is pretty funny.
Do you go to Apple stores to enjoy the glass?
Its probably the nicest thing in a apple store. on another note, I am suing the city because I walked into a lamp post yesterday. I mean I know they have tried to make them visible and all, with those non translucent materials and most people don't have the problem of not seeing them. But I have perfect vision, so they didn't try hard enough to make them visible, its clear negligence on there part. slam dunk case.

But wait, we'll need to make a sign for that sign. And a sign for that sign. Shit.
