Much to the chagrin of 1990s youth, the Coca-Cola citrus beverage hasn't been on store shelves since 2003, but it's making a triumphant return. According to Surge's website, several independent resellers are securing the beverage for their stores, and there will be at least one in Minnesota: Hi-Score Video Games in St. Cloud at 4101 W Division Street. Atlanta-based Coca-Cola made Surge available on the east coast on Monday. It was produced from 1996 until 2003. In 2014, Coca-Cola released a limited supply through Amazon.com, and fans have kept begging.
We have a hipster soda store that sells all kind of weird shit, Crystal Pepsi, Nuka-Cola, Orbitz, someone's old stash of 'Old' Coke... Yesterday I walked by and they had a big sign in the window: YES, WE HAVE SURGE!
splurge for surge
Fuck the east coast. :C

Maybe the Source or Insert Coin or something will get it.
Nuka-Cola
i'm pretty sure they never made actual nuka cola
there's a place in new hampshire that also sells surge for like $3 a tall can pretty hefty for a soda but i guess it's alright every once in a while
I never had a chance to try Surge in its original run and its pretty cool that it has returned. I wouldn't mind trying it. Still waiting to try Crystal Pepsi when it does return, too.
brb pillaging local sheetz for surge
I bought the Amazon Surge and let's be honest, it's Vault. It's honestly not that mindblowing. It's a stone's throw from Mountain Dew. And yeah this is far from a nationwide rollout. It's basically a handful of stores in each state. Hell, they could probably just buy cases straight from Amazon for resale.

Wait, what? Around here, Surge came back over a year ago. I see it in gas stations everywhere.
Look, if somebody is bringing back old shit I want some ecto-cooler also, it isn't for sale in like half the country so that sucks. Guess I can just order it from amazon
Found a recipe for Nuka Cola on Kotaku, and it references a poster here... http://kotaku.com/5138566/nuka-cola-recipe-omits-rads
Now, what do we have to do to get Pepsi to start making/selling Tropicana Twister Orange Soda again? I mean, its all well and good for those who liked Surge, but Twister Orange was, at least to me, a fine orange soda.
Ironically in Saint George, GA, a town of literally two stores and no red lights, both stores carry Surge. I always get Surge when I go there. Evidently it's finally in Jacksonville, FL so I get to go search around tomorrow for some. Surge technically was released on Amazon almost a year ago, and they did a test run months ago, actually ended back in May(might've been June). Can't wait to stock up on some.
I'm glad we never really lost Urge in Norway. It's one of the most sold sodas and there's not a single commercial for it.
whelp, bought 3 12-packs on amazon last year and was going to hoard them for years, but now I might as well drink and enjoy them
I live in DC and the nearest one is a used game store in Richmond that I've been to a few times... I know where I'm going this weekend
I like how their map conveniently left out Long Island, NY. Fuck. This is my favorite soda and I've been consistently denied it after it went Amazon Prime only, because fuck getting Prime when I buy fuck all from Amazon ever. I shouldn't even be surprised anymore.
I can't believe americans only had this for a limited period
I can't believe americans only had this for a limited period
When I was a kid the rumor was that there was so much sugar, concerned mothers wanted to get it banned, but that's probably wrong

Surge was icing on the cake when I visited Savannah. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it.

They did recently bring back the name for fruit drinks though (I had been looking for tropical punch for years and they finally brought it back...)
Now I just wonder if they will ever bring back Pepsi Blue...
hah, we've had this for ages under the name "urge"
Well, enjoy your rebranded Urge again v:v:v
