The only problem I can see right now is the spy's skin colour is a bit off in the first picture compared to the others.

If the paintable part is white, just go to the .vmt file and find the line "$colortint_base" "{"VALUES here based on the color"}". Then add UNDER THAT LINE, "$color2" "{"type here the color you want. ex. 68 48 52"}" You should be able to get colors now. Refer to TF2 wiki site for the paint color codes.

It can't be done without it being coded in, and robin said styles/painting for weapons is a no no.
Its a mod not something I'm going send to them, and it can be done if its a mod.

With careful thought and advice from friends, I decided to take out the hammer & sickle and replace it with the heavy badge instead since that communist logo is still banned from other places. It would have been great but i dont want to touch on sensitivities right now. Finished the texture on the badge and it should be ready to export in TF2 later today. Now its off to make the scout's or pyro's garrison cap. Time to roll the dice! Of course comments and critiques are welcome.

I don't get it too but just to be safe on Valves side and to increase the chance of this getting in, i had to take it out and put the fist in. It turned out satisfactory at best. Lets hope the phong mask helps on this one. So what do you guys think? Which class should i make a garrison cap next?

I doubt it would be any problem at all.
Ha! They cencoserd the Ubersaw and the Axtinguisher first, but after those weapons they didn't care anymore. Good job Valve! :buddy: I don't really care at all, because I'm using an uncut patch.
