The precision of having 1 needle makes this far easier. With multiple needles, there runs the risk of the fluids being injected into the wrong place or not into the body at all (in the event that any needles do not pierce the skin). :eng101:
Does the survival knife made by bigbadbrick replace the weapon for the Soldier and Demoman if you have it replace the Frying Pan or Half Zatoichi?
