So I'm about to make a grenade launcher replacement, anything I should know before I actually model the damn thing? How will the animations be handled, and what bones should I attach it to? Still the bip_weapon bone? Help me guis
Bah, humbug. I'm starting to think getting team colours to work with sineselfillum is impossible. No matter what I try, it either ends up with just the white pulsing glow or just the plain old non-pulsing team colours. Rather tiresome, to say the least. It's rather tiresome really. Anyway, Ronin your Stalhelm looks miles better than the RO2 promo one, could you modify yours to fit soldier and make it a replacement for it?

It's best to learn the basics of how to unwrap and space management in a texture than letting blender do it for me. If ever, learn to plan ahead on where to put your seams. The better the placement, the less head aches you will get when texturing it. Always think of how to unwrap the object WHILE you're rendering it.
