I wish there was a lightwarp that gives TF2 characters and weapons cartoony cel-shading akin to the Sly Raccoon games and LoZ: Wind Waker.

Anyone know why I'm getting this weird transparency error? I've tried every .vmt parameter I can think of and nothing is fixing it. [img]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/27092744/IV_cloudy%204-25-12.PNG[/img] [img]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/27092744/IV_clearedge%204-25-12.PNG[/img] It's supposed to look like the left half of the bottom one, but there's that weird seam where for some reason the texture becomes more opaque. It's not an alpha or normals problem, I checked.

I imagine you could move around on top of it. There could even be a capture point or something on there. Players could maybe use the blade as an elevator (if it moved slowly) or get gibbed (if it moved fast).

Base texture + stylish stripes.[/QUOTE] Simply for visual balance, I think you should only have one lighter open, the top one. Having two open just doesn't feel right to me. It's like you've done a nice piece of detail work, and you're trying to get as much out of it as you can. less could be more. I think only having the top one open could make this even more of a winner.
