You should make it ghostly green by default and paintable

No, i can't get glowing and paints to work together, even with lime helping lots. So i'm going to go with the styles option unless anyone decides to help, as i'm useless with vmt stuff.

Here's the vmt for the light part of the hat mentioned above. It's using unlitgeneric instead of selfillum to make it all glowy looking. There's barely if any difference in how it looks in the end, but you can't specify which parts glow and which don't using an alpha layer with this method. It's also how the pyro's flamethrower pilot light is handled. One thing it doesn't really fit in TF2 in my opinion and the second thing being it looks weird on the Pyro. The rest are being released as a mod and on the workshop. By the way, I believe Widdle already ported the vsh version of the dragon to Gmod. This just means he has to do the same for the playermodel version. :v:
