The Mercenary is trying to make his own DIY "Kralle" medigun out of teleporters.

Love this mod. Was a very unique and surreal experience when I first played it, and it's probably changed a lot since then. Keep up the good work guys!

So I wanted to know if he should have a fold on the back of his head or not. I'm curious- how would the members of the TF2C team feel if Valve were to approach you about integrating the Mercenary Deathmatch mode into the main game? In my opinion, it's the best part of TF2C and adds the most to the TF2 gameplay formula.

Though I assume you're using a random color picker and the color is applied in RGB format over a white base?[/QUOTE] it's actually in-built game sliders the way mercenary is set up is that he has four team colors and then a white texture which is alpha channeled, similarly to how items in live tf2 are the reason that there's rgb sliders is so that the user can pick any color they desire and feel as if they have a sense of customization and individuality. there would be no reason to use the paints from live tf2 since those themselves are limited and have less options available than having the freedom of picking your own color.

will VSH ever be ported over for the DM mercs to play with? DM merc vs SH sounds more fun than the ordinary VSH mod.

I'm currently taking a break from the henchman, but I will probably post about it again once i've finished with the light mercenary model.

Maybe a "no-blazer" henchman, or sexy shirtless henchman, or anything of your creativity. Just a suggestion to make your effort pay off

I was planning on doing a model with a shirt, one with a tank top and adding a moustache bodygroup since I always thought he should have one. Now stop reading my mind please !
