As far as I know, if you click, press a button or do anything for all I know, when rust is opening up, it'll crash.
If you tried not pressing anything and letting your computer run it for a few minutes, this might be your solution.
If not, like cucagmin said, send the report.
How many RAM memory installed in your system? Maybe you need to increase size of your pagefile.
