Garry's mod freezes when join multiplayer or start new game

Today I had not the best experience. I woke up to find that when I loaded up Garry's mod it took about 5 minutes to get past the title screen and when I joined my favourite multiplayer server, It simply took me back to the main menu and froze until I closed the process. There are absolutely no apparent errors in my console at the moment of writing this.
Fixes I have tried:
Restarting my PC
Reinstalling Gmod
Verifying game cache
Removing all addons
Deleting Gmod files
Do take note, for a brief 10 minutes I manged to get it working by some unknown reason and join the server I was attempting to connect to, when It finally reached sending client info, It crashed me and told me about "Lua Panic " and something about "Not enough memory."

Here are my specs to make your jobs easier:
Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
AMD FX 6300
8GB RAM
2TB of Storage

I'm eager for a reply so i'm counting it will be tonight or tomorrow afternoon so I'm able to play.

go to addons and select disable all addons, the server you'll join will automatically enable the addons it needs.
