i get on a server and am able to interact with all the spawned nodes/open stuff up and kill animals ect ect then in about 5-15 mins it desyncs animals wont attack me ppl cant see me but i see them and i can still chop trees to get lumber eat speak but i cannot mine nodes. i can also throw items out of inventory and it spawns where my toon desynced at

anyone know how to fix this?
Any possible fix atm, so many ppl with same problem.
