Hey folks,
I long while ago I turned off building stability on my server. I had a few issues with it:
- I could build a symmetrical building and for some reason one side would fall down and the other wouldn't.
- I could support a floor or a wall with every which way possible and it would still fall down.
- .. and adding supports/pillars/walls etc never seemed to improve the stability of the blocks above it. Once it went down it never went up.
I know that since then they've done a fair bit of work on it and I was wondering how people get on with it now?
The other question I'm getting asked is do pillars help with stability? Because a lot of people don't like the current placement of them, so would they be limited if they refused to use them?
