Fed up - 2nd legit account gamebanned - and AGAIN not hacking. Can I get a manual review for once?

Hello facepunch
Many months ago I owned an account and bought a hack for it tried it out and got banned for it.
I thought ok whatever, I'll buy a new account and not hack this game anymore.
Shortly after, that account too got banned.
I made a thread here about it and the advice was: "You don't get I.P. banned, It's because the hack is still somewhere in your system. Wait for an EAC to reply"
Weeks went by, no EAC reply.
So I listened to the advice, completely restored my computer to factory default.
After this, with my brand new computer, I purchased a new rust account again.
Here is the steam i.d. of that account: STEAM_0:1:173423087
I was playing with no issues for a while, and left on a week vacation.
I got back today to log in and bam - Gamebanned again.
There are NO hacks on my computer. I completely restored the computer to factory defaults and re-installed windows.
This is absolutely ridiculous that I've now lost 2 accounts I've paid real money for to "hacking" which I haven't done since the first account.
Is it game over for me? I can't play this game again?
Is EAC a privately paid company that needs to prove its value by banning a 1 time hacker over and over because I'm using the same I.P.?
I'm out of ideas of how to play rust ever again and It's extremely annoying at this point.
You know how full of shit you sound right now? Your title said you didn't hack then you come and say you did.
No sympathy here whatsoever...by the game again, PLEASE!
Did you buy a new version of Rust or did you family share the original game with the new account?
What are you even talking about?
I'm not denying that I hacked on the first rust account I owned
Fast forward I reformated and completely reinstalled windows, bought the game again, made a new account, and got gamebanned again - WITHOUT hacking or having hacks on my computer.
I bought a new version of rust.
2 posts, seems legit.
Also, your fed up?
Hey, I'm fed up with cheaters too. Provide some actual evidence and wait for EAC to respond.
What does 2 posts on this forum have to do with anything?
I posted my steam ID for facepunch to look in to this for me.
Are you people even reading this thread before replying?

By "fed up" your implying that you have posted about it before, though you only have 2 posts on a forum where you allegedly posted about an appeal before. Is this just another account like one of the throw away accounts used for cheating?

I post about the last account that got banned without hacking on already. I don't feel like digging through 100 pages to find it but if that's relevant I'll do it. I created this account with the name of the new steam account that got banned that I also haven't hacked on. I'm FED UP from being banned twice for hacking without hacking - not with posting more than twice on this forum about it.

Sorry, still a little confused, why aren't you using the other forum account? Did that get banned as well?
BTW, you can search the old username and sift through a few threads.

No it didn't get banned the old account is "gs9boys"
I'm not even here to talk about that one. We can look at this one now which just also got gamebanned by EAC. Like I said, since I first used a hack I have completely reinstalled windows and bought a new copy of rust with a new steam account and once again banned.
Who can look in to this for me manually and give me an answer to wtf is going on?
Can I simply no longer play this game because I share the same I.P.?
An official answer at this point would be appreciated because it near seems illegal that I can pay money for something only to continuously have it taken away from me.
Looking at the old thread, you say that you used no hacks
No I don't hack
Now you are admitting to using hacks? Why should anyone believe you? You are also have a friend, ShittyBill33, you're their only friend and the only game they own is rust (33 hours of it). This friend, ShittyBill33, may or may not have any correlation to the appeal thread at hand, just something interesting I found.

I might have found your main account, "BobbySmurdinsky". Same location as the other account (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada), and oddly enough, same avatar as "ShittyBill33".
Have you been playing with the same friends? Maybe you're being banned by association (?)

EAC bans in waves, if it detects an injection, it will game ban the account. EAC doesn't pay attention to the cheater's accomplices or cheating history.

Any bans not issued through VAC and not specificly server bans show as gamebans and, to my knowledge, are issued through EAC. This includes manual bans from Devs for players caught benefitting from other players who cheat. It also may include the new policy where cheating on one account will get all the accounts of that player banned, Family Shared or not.
It’s obvious that our previous anticheat strategies aren’t working. Cheaters and Cheat makers have become accustomed to the routine and have learned how to coexist with it. We need to switch it up.
A good number of persistent cheaters have a main account alongside a string of accounts on which they cheat and expect to be banned. We can see these accounts, we can see how they’re used, how they benefit from the actions of your cheater accounts. Previously we’ve only banned accounts that were used for cheating; from now on if you’re caught we’ll ban all of your accounts.
Game bans can be issued by devs for any reason, and in the case of Rust, the devs do not have to go through EAC in order to game ban someone. EAC just has an automated API call to issue the game ban as part of its punishment routine on an account when a wave hits.

I'm not necessarily saying they have to go through EAC, merely that they have chosen to. There are a few EAC bans issued in the past from Devs that caught accomplices.
He's telling the truth about the admins not coming on to his first thread https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1520380&p=50410441 I went through friends of friends and remember this user https://steamcommunity.com/id/blakegs9boys/ who was banned off Rustopia US for having multiple accounts EAC'd, he was literally banned the next day for hacking... He also made this little gem of a quote
Yes I did have a different account I used for rust, and that I did hack on over 100 days ago.
I got banned for that. I'm not denying that. I had a "if you cant beat them join them" attitude.
and a nice little BS story to Rustopia Admins https://imgur.com/a/oUhdd
for the sake of the argument, as far as i can tell there are 2 versions of the game ban. one is from EAC detection, and the other is from a global ban by the Devs. not sure if they have to use the actual EAC system to initiate it, but from the outside they both look the same in a steam profile.
I'd also like to add, why bother making another FacePunch account, you have a perfectly fine one that hasn't been banned for cheating... Is it because of your previous post history and thinking we wouldn't find it that easily.
I think this is his test account for the so "hacks" https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198282790688 been about 100 days, profile not setup and mutual friends with all the previous ones you've played with.

Thank you for the clarification!
Tell us again how angry this makes you.
Having restored to factory settings, it's not completely clean at all. All kinds of useless junk in there... Unless you checked through ALL that junk, you can't claim to have no files triggering EAC left on your system.
I wouldn't assume an illegal software to be that simple. I don't know much about them... It's just that, it's already a shady software, right? Whatever the developer of it does, it's still shady. So, in order to "learn" through the process, to push the limits, they'll code the living shit out of it. Maybe it's like a virus that reinstalls itself through some hidden file? Could be a silly speculation though, but what else could it be? Some other trickery perhaps... I'm fairly certain they want to hide it from the anti-cheat softwares as much as possible.
A system restore getting rid of it would only showcase the shit quality of the cheat?
I just noticed... I'm from Russia apparently. Go Soviet Union! Fuck Soviet Union, and fuck whoever thought it was funny! Fuck you Facepunch! (if i got banned for this, this applies>) Discrimination of highest order. (nah, i don't mind really - as long as ppl don't make the wrong assumptions)
Ok so if it was an IP ban as your theory suggests you wouldn't have been able to play for 107 hours, this ban was for different software than your other bans, did you think you could try a different cheat and no get banned ??
