Anything that has to do with graphics.
What about controls? Binds even.
An option to force anisotropic on absolutely everything, instead of just on for the flagged textures

being able to turn off after effects like bloom. it is the major game changer for me in fps, i raises mine by at least 30fps even though my gpu is high end.

You can do this at the moment. Press the "Page Up" button to toggle the music on/off.

I don't have rust, but from what I've watched I would recommend all graphics settings, that's basicly what all the kids these days care about sadly :(. But add most graphics settings and mabye some new audio settings.

As most says, mostly gfx and sound. Hopefully also mute or volume setting for voip.

Volume adjuster for music/ambiance and regular sound.
Graphics Is the one thing most people care about nowadays.
I agree with the others saying graphics.
I have a couple friends that have keys, that haven't been able to play since removing the settings menu.
I swear EVERY. SINGLE. QUESTION in chat is "How do you change you're graphics?"
