I didn't see it in the notes, but apparently heli can rocket your base now even if you don't have authorization. It can do damage to players, but not the building itself.
Is it a glitch or was in the actual update?
Was a good update a while ago after everyone started building those ridiculous easymode towers to glitch the Helicopter.
But I took the heli out just yesterday and it never rocketed anything..
