Hi all,
I just lost three foundations and the precious wood they held by trying to lay them around my base.
I live on a slope about 30 degrees. I wanted to lay down new foundation in front of the base so I activate the foundation from my toolbelt and find a "green" spot.
When i click the mouse to place the foundation shatters and I lose that item!
I tried three times moving it around a little... now im scared to lay anything else down since wood is so scarce where I am...
any ideas on whats going on???

I have the exact same problem. I can't seem to be able to place a foundation anywhere i try to. It shatters right after i click to place it.
