[US EAST] PVP friendly server. active admin, no sleepers or crafting cd

currently have my new server which atm has about 5-8 active users. its pvp friendly colldown free, sleeper free. also give out either a supply drop or a 9mm pistol with ammo to new players to welcome them. us east based server, oxide mod comes with it. like i said no sleepers, no crafting cd and pvp friendly .
