Some suggestions I think would be helpful
1.A knife (or any other small weapon) that you take out really quick, by pressing a single button, and attack (This weapon wont be in the inventory).
2.Birds, that fly around and sometimes land, and you can kill them for food.
3.Compass, that would be really rare and can't be crafted.
4.Sniper, a very very very(!) rare weapon.(Cant be crafted)
5.Snickers, shoes that make you run faster; (Couldn't think of a way to craft it).

All in all the ideas suggested here are good, except the first one. Thats not really fair, and sounds like a fps game (Such as COD or Battlefield) we dont need to turn this game to one of those.

Then you don't have to, but one central suggestions thread would be a good idea, and make it easier for the devs to listen to the community if its all in one place.
