Lighting issue - looking up - down - inventory all have different lighting at nightime.

Not sure if this is a known bug, but I cannot find anything about it online.

Basically, once night-time begins - I can't see anything at all. However, if I look slightly upwards, or open my inventory, the lighting is the same is it is on a friend's computer at night-time (no matter which direction they are facing).

Using an Nvidia 680 GTX.

Need to fullscreen it to see lighting. Had to use clips from late evening as it was too difficult to show during night-time.
