If we change our name on Steam will our display name change in game without affecting our items? Curious for making clan tags, I want to change the name to display a clan tag but not if its going to mess with my save. Has anyone changed names on Steam if so did the change just occur like when you play any other game in steam?
Correct. Changing your name on steam does not negatively impact your ability to open your doors etc. You'll be fine.
