Release date rust on Steam ?

I would like to know the date of the lanaçamento rust on steam, because I have no paypal account and no international card and how much other users of steam
who buy by bank banking.

See the first column "Before we can release proper on steam" - seems they update this page daily, judging by their tasks not to long.
