when i join a server it's stop loading at : waiting for character

so when i join any server, it always stop loading at : waiting for character, it's so annoying i can't play now :(
it's on a mac

same here, can join almost all servers but not the one where i have built up. Stuck at waiting for character, tried both linux and windows. I think i won't be able to join until that server has a wipe.
