(Still prepping so I can get a running start)
I am planning to start a new Purely PvP server with lots of plugins and a pretty extensive donation system I will have the server for the first month obviously and will see how things go after that...
I will be needing an admin team but mainly I am looking for someone that wouldm't mind showing me the basics of adding pluggins to a server as I am totally new to doing this stuff
(I will be going through FPS players server)
I will be requiring a couple of things
- We will skype or talk in TS or something of that nature so I can get to know you
- I am going to require that you have some sort of qualification if you want to help with the plugins
- I will not accept anyone under the age of 16 so you must be 16+ and you have to be mature that's
the whole point of the age restriction but hey some teens are less mature than 9 year olds... but maturity is a must
- I will have to build trust if I am going to have you working with the paypal account (Though I will probably have people
I actually know handle this)
I am super exited about this and hope it will go well thank you for reading I will try to monitor this post as closely as possible

I agree with what you're saying selling things just feels wrong (like those stupid apps and facebook games) but if people really want to donate to help with the costs it's nice to handout some things as a thanks not as an incentive for donation =p

You might want to include some basic information about yourself.
- Where are you from?
- Hold old are you?
- How much hours are you online each day?
- What are you trying to archieve with your server?
- How many months can you/ are you willing to pay out of your own pocket?

I would be willing to help out, I've not attempted to create a rust server or apply mods to one, though I am somewhat skilled at using a computer and troubleshooting, so I feel I would have no issues in figuring it out.
I am 20 years old, 21 next month. I cannot commit 100% of my time to this, I work full time, have a girlfriend and other commitments, what I can do is commit to being fair and always be active on any site/forum via my phone.
I don't have a microphone, I have no intentions of getting one at this current stage, I'm happy to speak via steam, I'd be happy to enter a call via steam with you so you can speak, I'd likely type back, as I'm unsure how responsive my inbuilt microphone is.
I have previous experience in running servers, at the age of 13 I made and ran my own runescape server for half a year, didn't make any money from it, was just fun. Was a forum administrator for a maplestory private server, then went on to run my own server, which then failed due to development issues.
If you'd like to speak further, please add me on steam, I am fairly busy this evening (funnily enough fixing/troubleshooting my girlfriend grandfathers computer).
