Massive frame drops recording

Hi,

when Im playing I have like 100-120 FPS, when i start recording it drops to FUCKING !!!!!!15 FPS!!!!!!!

Im recording Full Size, rust graphics on Fantastic (graphics on fastest it drops to 15 FPS too)
my Rust start option: -force-d3d11-no-singlethreaded (it wasnt better without start option)

My specs:
Intel i7-2700k @ 4,5ghz
Geforce GTX 680
24GB DDR3 Ram
all drivers up2date

So I think my PC should make it, the fps without recording are pretty high too so i dont know what i can do...

and you are recording with?

i suppose fraps..

change recording software.. use dxtory, configure it properly and it will be fine..

and you mentioned full size, even though it isn't necessary..
and what fps are you recording to? more than 30 fps is overkill..
