I've got some suggestions for Rust:
[B]An harpoon gun[/B] for epic underwater battles.

Grapple gun is a huge yes from my side if its Expensive as fuck
Good ideas but already suggested several times. A long time ago I suggested grappling hooks along with rope ladders.
I think grappling hooks would be a bit OP. They would need to add some way to combat them.
I do like the idea of the bridges, though. Harpoon guns would also be pretty sweet.
