I've been getting this same error for like the past 20 minutes now. It happens every single time at the exact spot.. Can anyone help with this? Or is there no fix atm?

Happening to me aswell, but I am not sure where the Crash Report is allocated on mac.

Post your output_log.txt
near the bottom is probably an out of memory error?
Not seeing any of that, can't find an output_log anywhere. Is it named something else on OSX?
Any reason why this still isn't working? Or is it just something that's gonna be hot-fixed?
Hey man, we're looking into the memory usage issues some users are experiencing, we will try and get it all fixed as soon as possible,
Can you tell me if adding -force-d3d11 to the rust command line options fixes this for you?
-force-d3d11 Doesn't work
If you're on OSX it isn't applicable to you unfortunately, the message was meant for Crusadex.
We are working on a patch that will reduce memory usage.

OO it worked for me. It's just really laggy now lol.
Edit: Oh, and thanks. I just kinda hope my frames will get better.
I also get a crash, but not like the same message you get. i also randomly start getting graphical issues where my screen will go crazy and have lines flying all over the place (forgot the name) which then sometimes causes me to crash.
how do you access your command line?

In the steam menu right click rust and select properties. Then select set launch options.

I put the -foece-opengl option in and the game is working again...to my great relief. Try it.
