IMO.
I think this video does an excellent job at showing the developers there still work to be done with balancing PvP.
2 Bolt action shots at point blank followed up with shotgun spray, and the raider continues on.
I really hope this game isn't going down the road of, "Who can press the med-pack button faster while fighting". Cause that can easily be macro'd.
