Chat can be opened, but message cannot be sent

I cannot chat in any server. I have already restarted a PC & Rust. I have deleted keys.cfg and assigned new keys for chat. I have also verified cache from Steam and tried to delete the cache. Now I reinstalled the game and same problem continues. Everything works except chatting. I can open the chat on writing state where do I write my message, but when I try to send my message the chat will be only unfocused and stays visible until I press ESC. So basically I can't send a message. Same on EVERY server including officials.

I've got exacly the same issue, everything works ok but cant send any chat msg, they dont even go trough console i dont think. What keyboard you using ?

When you press enter it lets you type, but when you finiosh and press it again it just stays on screen as shown on images ... I have 500+ hours on rust and never had this issue before :( Cant play now !!!
