Legit I've tried a ton of servers and it seems that only random russians gets to have the fun of being in a team.
How does one join a team? Do you just walk up and knock on their door..? I don't get it.

Just type in chap your looking to team up with some one is any one interested most times you get to team no probs
You quite literally ask very nicely lmfao.
you trick them into letting you in their base, then murder them brutally in their own home. (from behind, preferably with their own weapons)
If you have ever made a friend in any other game then use the same technique here. Use your social skills.
