I know the process is to log in on the old website but I've forgotten my password and I have requested a reset. My only real question is, is that still working as intended because I didn't receive the reset email instantly. I'm not being impatient, I can wait, I just want to know it's going to arrive eventually.
I've tried absolutely every password I can think of so it was a bit dubious.
