Set your anti aliasing to 2X. Your hands will probably flip upside-down, but your sky should render properly again.
That's a feature
That's what happens when you use the force feature level launch option. Like the one above me said, changing AA to 2x will fix the sky, but your hands and weapons will come down from the top of the screen. It doesn't bother me too much, as I play with this on my laptop. Having no sky is a good payoff for running Rust at 30-40 fps rather than at 10.
