I bought rust few hours ago via paysafe card (card had 25€ on it),after i entered pin,i clicked submit,and got some 503 error.When i checked my steam,it had no rust on it,and there is 19€ missing from my card.
I contacted steam,but didnt get any reply.
What should i do ? :(

No.I got banned for using some program that lets you change gamma.Apparently thats not all it does.Anyway,im getting new account to play legit - even tho alot of people change gamma.

No,I got some crappy cheap monitor.I tried,lol.Anyway, since i used illegal program or we its called,i deserve this ban.And i really dont wanna talk about it.
I just want to get back to playing.

Show us that 19 euros have been taken from the card. If it can be monitored online, it can be screenshotted and displayed here.

The so-called "Light-hack" you got banned for doesn't just "change the gamma." It makes it fully daylight during the night. Not only that but Light-hack is actually a multi-hack, that includes item/player ESP/Radar, speedhack, norecoil etc. "Apparently" it's pretty obvious because those features are advertised up-front on those hacks not to mention when you use them you might...oh I dunno...notice you can see where all the other players are? You see, the word "hack" is what gives it away...that it's a...you know...hack.

Lol that picture you posted doesn't prove anything except that the card has €6.
I am not "acting tough," dingus. I am trying to get proof since the whole thing just sounds suspicious to me. Anyways, FP can't do shit for you anyway, so wait for Steam Support, they should get to you within a couple hours.
Also, don't use stupid sites like gyazo... they just want to install crapware on your computer. Do everyone a favor and use imgur or something.

Showing the beginning and ending balance doesn't prove anything... it just shows that you payed for something, but not what you bought.
It doesn't matter anyways because no one here can help you, it's 100% a Steam Support issue.

You are getting awfully defensive over a few words against you, why not just show what was purchased? It would certainly calm down most of the people in here.

Simple answer. Wait for a reply from Steam. Believe it or not, it might take more than a "few" hours for a reply.
You may want to take that into account before the next time you download "some program" that gets you VAC banned.

Either you are completely unaware of how things pertaining to Rust were last year or we've got yet another wanna be Tairy Greene. Last year the forum in general had a shit ton of people trying to claim a purchase error just to get Rust for free.

Well, it kinda does. You say you attempted to purchase the game, had an issue, contacted Steam support 3 hours ago and you haven't received a response yet so now you're desperate.
I don't see how anyone here could help you with a Steam issue...except to tell you to...contact Steam.
Your current inconvenience is due to your past lack of judgement. So, I would just consider it as part of your punishment as it were.
Regardless, it's a Steam issue, not a Facepunch issue. Doesn't matter if you bought 1 or 100 copies of Rust and didn't receive them. Still a Steam issue.

I know i probably shouldnt bump this thread anymore,but i hate when people call me liar.
Also, @IGotWorms.. i didnt use any "ligh hack",i used program called gammasutra,that helps with gamma settings. I did get banned for abusing that wall glitch on creative servers.And yea,i deserve that ban.
I use gammasutra, it wont get you banned...It's a nice little program for when you play stuff like dark souls or witcher or anything else that has parts that are dark as hell and you want a better look. it doesnt do anything that would get you vac or facepunch banned.
