The best way to stay in touch with the BMRF.ME server is to actually go to their website BMRF.ME and browse their forums. They even have a live chat where you can talk to the mods and get the scoop.

The server was getting DDoS'd so they took it down for awhile to try getting their DDoS protection to work on Rust.
