No one except the admins can do anything on that site, Garry even tweeted that himself, so he doesn't mind that it is available to the public :)

In OPs image it says that he is inlogged as admin and only admin can generate keys.
So yea I think it would work if you do the same thing as he did.

i would love to get a beta key but using hacks and causing damage to Rust by using unfair keys is a bad thing so i say we should take it down to prevent people to create because every key generated ilegaly means less money Rust gains when it will come out and if the sales will be bad they will have to close the game. i suggest just wait patiently till it comes out and buy it too support the devs. or i say they should add founder packs that you can buy for like 20 dollars to get a key its a good way to make money.
