Cant see all Servers - Rust

Can someone tell why i just can see a few servers? I cant play with my mates cause i dont see the server. Can someone help?

There are many tabs, include a "Friends" tab. Click on it, and it'll show you what servers they are playing on.

I tried but it doesnt Display anything
