after using it extensively and engaging almost any target (from armored to bare naked) I have to say this thing sucks. I love semi auto rifles irl and since this thing took 5.56 I thought it would be somehow below AK and above thompson.
Would you guys consider buffing its damage a little or would it be too OP due to its price? The recoil is pretty bad as well but manageable and its not like it has a large range which you can operate. I just love semi autos and wished it would be somehow stronger, plus its Book rarity blueprint where it performs like a revolver... Lets converse!

Honestly i was also some kinda confused about how the weapon turned out i expect some low clip high damage weapon with a good range. Anyways youre stating the weapon as weak which is Really Really not the case i killed barely everything with it on meele distance neither an ak nor an Shotgun.
I think the weapon is strong as it and the price is a joke.
from damage tests it deals 8 dmg to facemasks and 11 on chestplates, I feel like for a 5.56 weapon the damage should be somewhat higher especially since its tricky to use :/

like you have said its not a great semi rifle but a good weapon in general
semi rifle / these things are rare on the server i am on Ive never seen one so feel lucky you actually get to use one lol
The damage needs to be increased on the SEMI-AUTO rifle. It's way too low right now. It should no doubt be a headshot monster meaning: If you get a headshot, you deserve a good deal of damage.
It should be as strong as the AK. Both are the same size bullet and mechanism.

Do you just not understand why the semi auto rifle was created? Who would use 50 HQM to make an AK, when they can use 500 metal fragments to create a weapon with the exact same strength? The gun is fine, it's supposed to be a mediocre gun, because it's so cheap.

True. Then they should make the semi auto pistol the same thing as well I say. So you can have a mediocre gun for 9mm too.
