• Help - Trouble with in-game mic

Just noticed that my in-game mic isn't working and I'm confused on how to get it to work. I've been using TS3 with some friends so I know the mic works but when I press "V" (my default hotkey) it doesn't trigger the voip and I'm not sure why... My in-game volume is up to the highest point it can go as well. Any suggestions? Edit - http://prntscr.com/2gidyw http://prntscr.com/2gie6t http://prntscr.com/2giea5
you do realize you have to hold down "V" right? LOL
Okay, serious suggestions please.
If you disconnected you're mic at any point while the game is running, then reconnect the mic, some times the game won't recognize the device and won't use it.
you do realize you have to have a microphone right? LOL
you do realize you have to have a microphone right? LOL
"I've been using TS3 with some friends so I know the !!!!!!MIC!!!!!! works but when I press "V"" Just alone by this, it clearly indicates he has a mic.
Trying a re-install not real sure what the problem is. All my audio/mic settings seem to be right the only thing that does not work in just the in-game mic audio. [editline]4th January 2014[/editline] Figured it out. Apparently my front mic jack isn't recognized by Rust. Switched it over to the back and everything seems to work :/ Odd.
