RUST banlist and allowance options

Hello Facepunch! First poster here, and current server admin.

OK so I rented a server through Multiplay. I got all of the in-game commands into my server.cfg file. I know there are global bans and single kicks/bans inside the game. I see no single "unban" option to allow certain people in.

My question is this: how can I set up IP bans and allowance through Multiplay's banlist.cfg to deal with hackers on my RUST server?
