I tried this game with a warez version. There is no official server and everybody using hack so i can't play. But i really like the game. So i bought it on steam. I logged in, builded my home. Everything is ok, but there is lots of hackers again and this is an official server and has an anti-cheat. Where is anti-cheat? I can't play, somebody always killing me because they are using cheat so they are immortal, super fast etc.. Reporting hackers is nothing beacuse you are doing nothing for this. So why did i bought this game? Where is difference? Ban hackers forever. Or give my money back.
Firstly openly admitting to warez is admitting to piracy, a bannable offense on this forum. Second Facepunch and it's moderators from all that I'm am aware, are not able to induce refunds for your product, only steam can. (Unless I'm entirely mistaken.)
You just came in at a bad time, the old version is shot to shit and is not being fixed. They have made some major progress with the new version (a rebuild of the game if you will). Best to wait a few weeks or so for them to get the new version playable. Its unfortunate that you bought the game at a time when neither version is really playable (imo) but it will be worth the wait, trust me.
So what about hackers in game? what are you doing for this?

on the version your playing, nothing its on the new version they are fixing everything(slowly) and have additional anti cheats

Just do some research, I would start here [url]http://playrust.com/[/url] ... they are adding a new anticheat platform (EAC)
The official servers dont have mod, thus they have an extreme amount of hackers. You can play on servers that people are running, the admins (if you can find a good one will ban the hackers), but the game is very exploitable in its current state. I'm taking a break wile the devs get the new version up and running
