My server wont save structures - Rust

I am trying to set my server up, but when I restart it, it saves the inventories but will not save structures/buildings.

Are you giving it enough time to auto save them? I do not know the exact interval, but before you restart use "save.all" in rcon.

Yeah i have tried, i've done save.all before i restarted it but things players place in the world still disappear on a restart.
